By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Bible Reading Mission ("DBRM") app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

DBRM is a Bible reading companion app that provides: - A structured 365-day Bible reading plan - Daily reading portions (Old Testament, New Testament, Wisdom Literature) - Progress tracking, streak counting, and gamification features - AI-powered verse explanations - Personal journaling - Community leaderboard The app is provided free of charge. Some features may require an internet connection.

To use DBRM, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Bible text provided in DBRM is sourced from publicly available translations. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that the text is free from errors. AI-generated explanations are based on Catholic Church teachings and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. They are provided for educational and devotional purposes only and should not be considered authoritative theological interpretations. Always consult with your priest or spiritual director for guidance.

You retain ownership of content you create in the app, including journal entries and reflections. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You agree not to use the app to create, store, or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any law.

Participation in the Bible Warriors leaderboard is optional. By making your profile visible, you consent to your display name, profile photo, and reading statistics being visible to other users. We reserve the right to remove users from the leaderboard who engage in manipulation or abuse of the ranking system.

The DBRM app, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of JY Tech Mission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.

DBRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of the app. In no event shall JY Tech Mission be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Your use of DBRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
